The Warranty Group Announces Agreement with ProHome International

CHICAGO, December 3, 2007 – The Warranty Group today announced an agreement with ProHome International to offer two new residential warranty programs.  The first is a 4 year warranty for newly constructed homes and the second is a 1 year warranty for existing homes.

The ProHome Home Protection Plans will be offered in 28 states through ProHome’s local offices and will be offered to developers, builders and homeowners.  The 4 year plan becomes effective on the one year anniversary of closing and provides coverage through year 5. The 1 year plan begins 30 days after the purchase date and covers all existing homes, regardless of age, for a period of one year.  Both plans cover single family and multi-family dwellings and offer comprehensive coverage on appliances, systems and even heating and air conditioning.
